I found this in a bundle that I bought years ago and tried it out tonight.
Although the timer system was a bit awkward (why can’t you just add time to the iOS timer T^T it makes you redo the whole thing) I did get a chance to focus on my mind and ears! For a few minutes.
I was also able to contemplate who would be talking about me or thinking of me. And remind myself of how little time I spend thinking of others.
